In order to provide a reliable and secure voice and data communication for a crude oil pipeline, a TETRA system is to be implemented. Considering the project place (Nothern Russia) climate condition, size and landscape, this project needed to be realized in one stage and a limited time frame. Thus, the undertaking was a huge challenge.

Considering and adopting the particular requirements of the respective implementation phase the shipment for further installation and commissioning was done in a limited period - to reach in time before the roads were closed for winter.

T.E.S.S. engineers were contributing in cooperation with customer's engineers to meet the customer's requirements and adapt the TETRA system design of each site to the local particular requirements. In a sensitive environment, the permanent presence is essential for a successful implementation.
